WHO SEEKS MY SERVICES
Adults who have a strong commitment to life but who are experiencing a painful life situation and finding adjustment more challenging or difficult than expected. That is to say, you may have taken some pretty hard hits lately, but you never doubt how good life is and are determined to recover and be as positive, healthy, and happy as possible.
Here are some reasons people decide to work with me:
Life has suddenly taken a painful turn--divorce, job loss, illness, death of a loved one. You are surviving, but you really want to feel so much better and thrive again.
- You have been diagnosed with or are dealing with a chronic or difficult medical situation. You have good medical resources, but you want more control and understand that there are very important things you can do to improve your comfort and health if you could learn more about your powerful mind-body connection.
- You deal with life, and when you think about it you realize you are a good person who accomplishes a lot. Still, you are tired of feeling insecure and sometimes overly guilty. You are ready to feel good about yourself--and you deserve to.
HOW I WORKYou decide what you want for yourself, for your relationships, your body and health, your work, whatever is important to you.
- Based on what you want and your personal strengths, gifts, and resources, we map out the most meaningful, effective, and rapid path to successfully reach your goals.
MY PROMISE TO YOU
I believe in working efficiently, focused, and organically--meaning in accordance with your unique abilities, the laws of nature regarding what is changeable and what is not, and personal empowerment through self-knowing and self-appreciation.
I am 100% committed to applying all of the learned and inherent skills that I have accumulated over the past
37 years of professional experience and full participation in life as a real person to help you successfully achieve what is most important to you.
Some people actually get what they came for in a single session.
A few people, for reasons of their own, actually spend a year or more--they have ambitious "remodeling" projects.
Most people accomplish their goals and realize their desired outcomes in fewer than 10 sessions.
